Psychotherapy Sessions for Individuals & Couples

How Psychotherapy Can Help You

Psychotherapy can benefit anyone with emotional, social or mental health concerns. Understanding ourselves in a coherent way is the key to making sense of our motivations. An open dialogue enables a piecing together of the patterns in life, leading to greater understanding to facilitate change.

I help people with issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, addictions, stress and obsessive behaviours. I have particular experience working with survivors of sexual abuse and their families.

How it Works

I provide a framework to help you look at the connections between behaviours and emotions with brief or long term support.

The psychotherapy practice is a spacious, safe and comfortable space within my home in the village of Huworth-on-Tees in Darlington.

Fees are agreed with each client, a usual fee is £65 per fifty-minute session and the frequency of the sessions will be discussed at the first meeting on either Skype or telephone.
